Dawn is a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She graduated from the University of Saint Francis, Occupational Therapy program in 2000. Professional memberships include American Occupational Therapy Association, Indiana Occupational Therapy Association, and ADED, the Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialists. She obtained specialty certification in driver rehabilitation (CDRS) in 2012 and is an Indiana BMV credentialed Bioptic Driver Trainer. Dawn has been employed with Therapeutic Mobility Services, Inc. since 2007. She specializes in driver rehabilitation training for individuals with physical, cognitive and vision impairment. She utilizes her experience from both inpatient acute care and outpatient therapy to help her client’s achieve their independence goals.
Regina earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from University of Indianapolis in 1999. Her undergraduate degree was in Continuing Studies, Math and Science from Indiana University in 1997. She has worked in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and home health settings. Regina has experience as a Rehab Manager, fieldwork supervisor for students, and a Director of Therapy Operations while opening a free-standing 40 bed inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation hospital. She currently has found a new love for teaching the complex Activity of Daily Living of driving to those with special needs. Regina joined our Therapeutic Mobility Services team in May 2015. She is a member of AOTA, IOTA, and ADED.
Steve graduated with a degree in Electronic Technology and is the Vice President of Therapeutic Mobility Services, Inc. He is instrumental in administration of our vehicle maintenance compliance program.
Robin is a 2004 Graduate of University of St. Francis where she obtained her Associates of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She has practiced in traditional acute care, orthopedics, both inpatient and outpatient services. She obtained specialty certification in driver rehabilitation (CDRS) in 2015. She is an active member of ADED (Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialist) and NMEDA. She has a special interest in helping those with physical and/or learning disabilities and looks forward to meeting you and helping with your driving needs.

Carmen graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with a minor in Psychology in 1996. Since then, Carmen has worked in acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient setting, skilled nursing facilities, and home care specializing in adult and geriatric rehabilitation. In 2006, she earned her credentials as Certified Driving Rehabilitation Specialist. Carmen is an experienced driving rehabilitation specialist who has worked closely with bioptic drivers, new drivers within the autism spectrum, senior safety driving evaluations and vehicle modifications. She is an active member of AOTA, ADED, NMEDA, and IOTA.
Sharon is a graduate of Miami-Jacobs Business College, and has 27 years experience as a Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles Driver Examiner in both a supervisory and direct services provider role. She has been instrumental in updating the TMS Tutoring Program to assist our clients with successfully obtaining an Indiana Learner Permit and pre-driving readiness preparedness.
Jessica is a 2002 graduate from the University of Southern Indiana Evansville where she obtained her Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including long term care, early childhood intervention in outpatient pediatric, and outpatient adult restorative therapy prior to pursuing her specialty in driver rehabilitation in 2007. In 2008 Jessica obtained her certification as a driver rehabilitation specialist through ADED (Association of Driver Rehabilitation Specialist). She is credentialed for training with EMC high-tech driving systems, and is a recognized Indiana Bioptic Driver Trainer for individuals with low vision. She is an active member of both ADED and NMEDA (National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association). Jessica is dedicated to maximizing her client’s independence through services that offer community mobility solutions and advocacy to achieve their goals.
Dick received his Bachelor of Science and Master's Degrees in Drivers Education, History, Social Studies, Health, and Physical Education. He has over 36 years of experience working in public education, and over 10 years in driver rehabilitation. His area of expertise is working with clients who have learning disabilities. He is a member of the Indiana State Teachers Association.
Eva received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University Occupational Therapy program in 1998. She has worked in both acute care and outpatient rehab where she developed several specialty programs. In 2003 she founded Therapeutic Mobility Services Inc. She achieved specialty certification in Driver Rehabilitation (CDRS) in 2005, Certified Aging in Place (CAPS) 2012, is an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) since 2015, and is credentialed through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles as a Bioptic Driver Trainer. She has presented regionally, and nationally on many mobility related topics. She actively participates in many professional organizations including: ADED - Association for Driver Rehabilitation Specialist, AOTA - American Occupational Therapy Association, NMEDA - National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association, Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle/Bioptic Driver Trainer & Driver Abilities Program, NAHB - National Association of Home Builders, RESNA - Association for Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology. Cori is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a degree in special education. She has worked in the classroom, as a curriculum writer, and has also served on the organizing committee for special needs ministry. She is a published author, and mother to a child living with challenges on the Autism Spectrum. She herself is a stroke survivor and embraces the challenges of living with disability. Understanding disability on a personal level, Cori brings a unique insight and fresh ideas to the benefit of her client, and the TMS team as a BMV permit test tutor and marketing assistant. She often speaks publicly and writes to increase disability awareness.
